Frequently Asked Questions

Which e-commerce platforms does StackOne Fulfilment integrate with?

We connect with over 20 leading ecommerce platforms that includes favourites like Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Magento, Ecwid, and many others. If you're selling online, chances are we can plug in with ease.

Will I need a developer to get everything connected to my e-commerce platform?

Not at all for most users. Our systems are built to integrate smoothly with major e-commerce platforms. If you're using a standard setup, we’ll walk you through it step by step. If you’re on a custom-built platform, we may liaise with your developer to ensure everything links up correctly.

What does the integration actually do?

The connection between your store and our system handles two key tasks:

  1. Order Automation – When a customer checks out and pays, the order is sent straight to our fulfilment center.

  2. Inventory Sync – As stock moves in or out of our warehouse, it updates on your store to reflect real-time availability.

In short, it keeps everything updated and running without manual effort.

Is there an online system I can access?

Yes. We offer a cloud-based dashboard that works from any browser. Whether you're in the office or on the move, you’ll be able to view stock, track orders, run reports, and manage your operations in real-time. We also provide multiple user logins with adjustable access levels for your team.

Can StackOne fulfil my marketplace orders?

Absolutely. StackOne can fulfil orders from a wide range of online marketplaces, including Amazon, Takealot, Makro Marketplace, and others. We integrate with leading e-commerce platforms and order management systems to streamline your fulfilment process, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched quickly and accurately. Whether you're selling on a single marketplace or multiple channels, we help you centralise your operations, maintain accurate inventory levels, and scale your business with ease.

What happens if a parcel is damaged or goes missing?

While we don’t provide our own insurance, most couriers offer limited cover for lost or damaged goods. If something goes wrong, we’ll handle the claim with the courier on your behalf. You’ll just need to provide the relevant documentation to support the process. It’s important to note that liability rests with the carrier.

Which couriers does StackOne work with?

We’ve partnered with the top names in the game, including The Courier Guy, Citi Sprint, Internet Express, RAM, and TUNL. If you have a preferred provider, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I use my own shipping account instead?

We currently require that all shipments go through StackOne’s carrier network. This approach helps us secure excellent rates and reliable service levels across the board, regardless of your individual volume.

Do you handle large items like furniture?

At this stage, StackOne specializes in smaller, parcel-sized products. If your item can be managed by one person and weighs under 40kg, we’ve got you covered. Oversized or bulky items fall outside of our standard offering for now.
